The dock-house has been completely remodeled and is now available to rent. It is ideal for a couple of fishermen who do not need the amount of space the larger house offers. It includes a small kitchen area, bathroom and sleeps 2-3 people. There is also a fish cleaning station for your catch of the day! The dock-house rental also includes 50 feet of dock space. The Dock House is available for $150/night plus a $50 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is waived on a three night minimum rental. The weekly rate is $950.00.
