House Rental:
April 1st to September 30th $300/Night, $1,800/Week Three Night Minimum
October 1st to March 31st $250/Night, $1,500/Week Three Night Minimum
House Rental Includes 50' of Dock Space

The rental week or weekend begins on Thursday at 3:00pm.

House Features:

• Two bedrooms
• Full bath
• Family room
• Full kitchen
• Sleeps six people
• Square footage is approximately 1500
• Fifty feet of the available 100 feet of dock space is included in the house rental.

Deposit Policies:

• A two night advance deposit is required for every rental
• Refundable with a 30 Day Advance Notice of Cancellation.
  
• Hurricane related cancellations will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
